November is upon us and Fall leaves are beginning to change colors here in California. Stores are also being decorated in typical Christmas colors of red and green with wreaths, lights and ribbons. Whoa….It all seems so sudden. The festivities are around the corner again. Like most of us, you may still be working on your end of the year goal. Rest assured you are not alone. Do a little more each day than you think you possibly cannot, but most importantly believe in yourself even if nobody else does. Don’t let the fear of striking out hold you back.
